The Giant Mountains are on the border of the Czech Republic and Poland. They are famous for their sandstone formations, like the "Mayor and his Wife", and "The Lovers" below.

Peak 'Sniezka'

is the higest point of this area. Chairlift leads to it from both countries. The Czech one goes up to the peak, the Polish end in the saddle.

The Place Książ

is a very big, spectacular building. It used to be the home of the Hochberg family until the galant prince spent all his income to his beautiful English wife, Daisy.
